Increase Learning by 38%

Would you like your participants to learn 38% better?

The way that your participants learn can be more important that the information being taught. By correcting body language of your students you can help them learn more and become less negative about the training session.

If participants have closed body language including folded arms it will prevent them from having an open mind and also becoming positive of your training. We have noticed that over several training sessions how the participants sit can make the effectiveness of the training deteriorate.

To correct body language within the courses here are some tips

  • Provide pens, workbooks and maybe a stress ball to help participants have something in their hands. This prevents them from folding their arms and also helps those kinesthetic learners within your course as they may need to touch or write to learn more.
  • Place pens in the spots you would like your participants to sit before they come to class as this will help them sit in these areas.
  • If negative body language is noticed, bring in an activity or ask for volunteer.
  • Use your own body language to help individuals break free from negative stances. People mirror people subconsciously, so they may be mirroring your language.
