Visual aids are a great way to enhance the training experience  and improve the participants ability to retain the information. They are aids in visualising the information or how it can apply to the training.

Tips when using Visual Aids

  • Dont over use as it will be less impressive and less important
  • Keep it simple- Make sure the participants understand why you have used the aid
  • Make it easy to understand
  • Use it then move on- Particpants can become distracted from the training
  • When writing use large letters so participants can read
